What we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

1. Who we are
Klaivr designs, deploys and operates software systems and AI agents for businesses.
For personal data processed on this website, Klaivr acts as data controller. For personal data processed in the course of an engagement for a client, Klaivr acts as a data processor on that client's instructions.
For any question relating to this policy, contact us at contact@klaivr.com.
2. What we collect on this website
Contact form submissions: name, work email, company, scope and the content of your message.
Basic technical data required to serve the site securely.
We use this data to answer you and to operate the site. We do not sell it and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
3. Client data processed during an engagement
When we operate a system or an agent for a client, it processes data held in that client's own systems, within the scopes the client has configured.
Access is restricted to the objects, fields and records required by the work being performed. Scopes are explicit, versioned and reviewable by the client.
Connectors operate on credentials and OAuth grants provided and controlled by the client, who may revoke them at any time.
4. Our commitments on client data
We do not sell, broker, pool or share client data for advertising purposes.
We do not use client content to train models, and we contract with the model providers we call so that they do not either.
Large language models are called with the context permitted by the client's configuration for a given run, and nothing beyond it.
Deliverables we produce belong to the client and are exportable in open formats on request.
5. Hosting, retention and residency
The systems we operate run on our European infrastructure by default, or inside the client's own environment where the client's policy requires it.
Retention periods and data residency are configured per client and set out in the applicable data processing agreement.
Audit logs are append-only and retained for the period agreed with the client.
Subprocessors are listed in the data processing agreement, and clients are notified in advance of any change.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data, and object to or restrict its processing.
Where Klaivr acts as a processor for a client, requests relating to that client's data are forwarded to the client, who acts as controller.
To exercise a right, contact us at contact@klaivr.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
