These terms govern access to and use of the Klaivr services, including the systems and agents we design, deploy and operate on your behalf.

By using the services you accept these terms on behalf of your organisation.

Klaivr designs, builds and operates custom software and automations integrated with the systems you authorise.

Automated processing acts within the limits set during scoping. Consequential actions are subject to the approval mechanism agreed at that stage.

You remain responsible for the decisions taken by your approvers and for the accuracy of the data in your own systems.

Connectors operate using credentials and OAuth grants that you provide and control.

You may revoke any grant at any time. Revoking a grant may prevent the affected system from operating.

You are responsible for keeping your own access controls and approver roles up to date.

Code produced under a custom development engagement is assigned to you under the terms of the engagement contract.

The contents of this site — text, images, trademarks — remain the property of Klaivr or of their respective rights holders.

Either party may terminate an operating engagement with notice equal to the current month of operations, unless a longer term is agreed in writing.

On termination, your data, configurations and logs are exported to you in open formats on request.
