1. Basic and Pro subscriptions
Basic and Pro plans can be cancelled at any time from the account dashboard.Refunds for Basic and Pro subscriptions are available within 14 days of the original purchase date.Requests submitted after the 14-day period are not eligible for a refund.After a refund is issued, access to the service is revoked immediately.Cancellations do not trigger refunds after the 14-day window but prevent renewal.Plan changes (upgrade or downgrade) take effect immediately; usage limits adjust as soon as the change is applied.2. Enterprise (custom) subscriptions
Enterprise plans are sold through custom, contract-based annual agreements and are billed annually.Payments for Enterprise subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated in the signed agreement.Specific commitments (SLA, dedicated environment, training, support) are defined in the commercial contract between the parties.Early termination does not entitle the customer to a refund; contractual commitments remain due until the end of the agreed billing period.Scope changes (additional seats, options, or services) may be invoiced separately.3. Automatic renewal
All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.Cancellations must be completed prior to renewal to avoid charges for the next billing cycle.Experience Klaivr live
